David Thompson is the Director of the Academy of Cleaning Excellence, an international resource for professional development focusing on educating frontline staff members. “The most valuable resource in any operation is an engaged employee.”
His keynote address, “Be a Rock Star,” is an interactive and engaging, fun-filled presentation designed to inspire, motivate and empower any individual in the cleaning industry.
Mr. Thompson is the host of, “Beyond Clean with ACE,” a podcast now in its eight season which focuses on healthy, positive and proactive conversations affecting the cleaning industry.
In 2007, he published his first book for the cleaning industry, “The New Generation of Cleaning”.
He is the past Past President of the Green Clean Institute and has held senior consulting positions for New System and O.K. Vacuum & Janitor Supply. He has also owned and operated a building service contracting company, Maintenance Plus.
